des Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz-Preises 2024 an <strong>J\u00f6rn Leonhard<\/strong>. Der wichtigste Forschungsf\u00f6rderpreis in Deutschland ist mit 2,5 Millionen Euro dotiert. Er wird am 13. M\u00e4rz 2024 in Berlin verliehen.<\/p><p>Mit dem Historischen Kolleg ist das wissenschaftliche Oeuvre von J\u00f6rn Leonhard eng verbunden. 2003\/2004 war er Junior Fellow am Kolleg und vollendete dort seine Habilitationsschrift \u201eBellizismus und Nation. Kriegsdeutung und Nationsbestimmung in Europa und den Vereinigten Staaten 1750\u20131914\u201c. Frucht seiner konzentrierten Arbeit in der Kaulbach-Villa im Kollegjahr 2016\/2017 war das Opus magnum \u201eDer \u00fcberforderte Frieden. Versailles und die Welt 1918\u20131923\u201c.
