Munich. The fellowship offers you an atmosphere of concentrated tranquility in which you will have the opportunity to complete a book class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The aim of the fellowship is to complete a major book project. The Advanced Fellowship allows you to take leave from your university or research institution by <b>covering the costs of a replacement<\/b>.<\/p><p>As an Advanced Fellow, you will be provided with a bright and spacious<b> workspace in the Kaulbachvilla<\/b>. This is located in a prime location in close proximity to important institutions in Munich&#8217;s scientific community, such as the Bavarian State Library, Ludwig Maximilian University, and the Bavarian Main State Archives.<\/p><p>Some fellows have the opportunity to live in the Kaulbachvilla. All others receive comprehensive support from the staff of the Historisches Kolleg in finding accommodation.<\/p><p>Grants for any necessary (shorter) trips to archives and libraries are available.<\/p><p>We offer joint activities in and around Munich, some of which are organized in cooperation with partner institutions.
