As a Consolidator Fellow, you will spend <b>a whole year<\/b> (October 1 to September 30 of the following year) at the Historisches Kolleg in Munich. The fellowship offers you an atmosphere of concentrated tranquility in which you will have the opportunity to complete a second The Consolidator Fellowship Global South is therefore aimed at applicants from the Global South, especially from Africa.<\/p><p>As a Consolidator Fellow, you will receive a <b>monthly stipend<\/b> based on the German W2 salary scale.<\/p><p>You will work in a bright and spacious <b>office in the Kaulbachvilla<\/b>. This is located in a prime location and in close proximity to important institutions in Munich&#8217;s scientific community, such as the Bavarian State Library, Ludwig Maximilian University, and the Bavarian Main State Archives.<\/p><p>You will live in the Kaulbachvilla, and the team at the Historisches Kolleg will provide you with comprehensive support before and during your stay.<\/p><p>Grants are available for any necessary (short) trips to archives and libraries.<\/p><p>We offer joint activities in and around Munich, some of which are organized in cooperation with partner institutions. The lectures will be <b>recorded afterwards<\/b> and published in the media library of the Historisches Kolleg and on the Gerda Henkel Foundation&#8217;s L.I.S.A. research
